  • Must have your own plate issued by DVS and all electric vehicle.
  • Available and online for jobs a minimum of 20 hours a week.
  • Prioritise account and pre-booked jobs, with minimum job rejections.
  • Agree to work on a nearest vehicle dispatch basis.
  • Maintain the highest customer service, vehicle cleanliness, and safety standards, including the installation of CCTV dashcam provided by Ryde.
  • Working IOS or Android mobile phone with data and a dashboard-mounted phone holder.
  • Customise your vehicle with Ryde branding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service standards, including but not limited to embodying Ryde's company values around simplicity, safety and sustainability.
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as an ambassador for Ryde at all times, by promoting its mission and values to the public of Jersey.
  • Ensure the highest standards of car cleanliness at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with management, colleagues and other stakeholders as a unified team working to the same goal.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and provide suppor management proactively with solutions to those required improvements.
  • Basic awareness of sustainability principles.
  • PSV badge, and excellent driving and safety track record.
  • Customer service skills, building positive relationships.
  • Technology aptitude and a proactive "will do" attitude.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload.
  • Local island knowledge.
